Bridging Finance Solutions has once again shown its support and commitment to the first-time developer, with its latest short-term finance deal.
A seasoned builder, this was the client’s first steps into the world of development. The client had acquired a large plot on the edge of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales, dividing the site into four, introducing an access road and securing planning for one property on each parcel of land.
Funding was needed to build the first bungalow and sell it on – this would ultimately clear the mortgage on the land, and, upon completion, the development loan.

BFS has released funds according to the financial planning agreed in the build plan.
