Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has extended its Wirral based head office, essentially doubling capacity at the growing specialist lending firm.
As part of the development works, additional office and communal space has been created, introducing further desk areas.
Lisa Smith has joined the team in recent weeks as Admin Assistant within the underwriting department alongside Laila Bourke, a new Accounts Assistant, as part of an apprenticeship learning programme.
Steve Barber, Managing Director at Bridging Finance Solutions explained: “Our business is growing year on year and despite recent market conditions and the impact of Covid, we are meeting our business development objectives.
“In order to sustain this growth, however, we need to continue to strengthen our team and ensure we have space to comfortably house growing numbers. Building and development work is now complete and we’ve created some much needed additional office space.
He added: “We have enjoyed a strong start to the year and have recently appointed a new Head of Business Development as well as Lisa and Laila in our underwriting and accounts teams respectively. It’s great to welcome new staff who I’m sure will prove to be strong assets, each bringing a strong skill set to each role.”
