Bridging Finance Solutions are finalists in two categories as part of the coveted national Specialist Finance Introducer Awards.
The Wirral-based firm is the only Northern business to make the grade, competing against much larger, national Southern lenders.
BFS, which caters for the smaller independent developer, has successfully funded multiple developments throughout the UK from £200k up to £3 million, including self-build houses and apartment developments.
The business has been shortlisted in the ultra-competitive Development Lender of the Year and BDM/Relationship Manager of the Year categories.
The Specialist Finance Introducer Awards are returning for a seventh successive year in London and are led by the team behind Mortgage Introducer, celebrating all that is great in the specialist finance sector.
A team from BFS will travel to the capital on the day to meet and mix with industry colleagues and friends and discover the winning result.
