The ongoing expansion of Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) continues as the specialist lender makes its mark on the Scottish market.
The FCA regulated firm is seeing strong uptake of its bridging loans across Scotland.
Lee Gilmore of BFS commented: “There are very few regulated lenders in Scotland. At BFS, we manually underwrite all our loans and will consider a broad range of factors including individuals with credit impaired files, re bridges and probate lending.

BFS hope to introduce development lending soon, an area of the market where BFS is recognised as an established trailblazer.
Lee added: “We are committed to the Scottish market and whilst we have focused on bridging solely since launch, we will be introducing a complete range of our products as we continue to find our footing here.”
