Residential bridging loan: How much will you lend?

BFS offers property development finance loans starting from £50,000 and extending up to £2,000,000. We lend across England, Wales and Scotland providing up to 100% of the funding you require, with additional security, including funds for the land purchase – and we always cover 100% of build costs. BFS typically lend a greater percentage of the overall costs of a scheme than traditional lenders enabling you to work your capital harder.

BFS is one of the very few specialist lenders who champion the smaller developer, whose schemes are typically overlooked by traditional funders. We are firm believers that sub £1m developments are a prime driver of the wider economy and as such we have a voracious appetite for supporting these projects, providing funding through to completion. Please note that for new build projects, it is essential to have a structural warranty in place in order to secure funding.
