Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has agreed to fund its seventh scheme for a Wirral-based property development client.
BFS has worked collaboratively and in partnership with the growing development company, which has now acquired a large site in leafy Oxton in Wirral, with plans to build seven large detached four and five-bed properties.
The former nursing home site was purchased for £817,000, and with a construction cost of £1,745 million, BFS has agreed on a loan of £2,768 million with an anticipated GDV of £3,745 million once completed.
