Bridging Finance Solutions has achieved all targets for 2022, having grown the business by some 25%. This marks the 17th year that the specialist lender has sustained this ongoing, exceptional level of 25% growth year on year.
In order to support the wider expansion, BFS has boosted its teams across all areas of the business of sales, finance, marketing and underwriting functions.
Steve said: “I continue to be incredibly proud of our ongoing business achievements. I believe a huge part of our success comes from knowing our place in the market and utilising our core strengths. We are now recognised nationally as a specialist development finance funder and bridging loan provider and continue to work predominantly within the sub £3 million market.
“We’re also increasingly working outside the property development, refurbishment and fast finance arena and supporting clients looking to source short term funding in other areas, such as probate or tax. It is through the extensive knowledge and experience of our teams, who are able to guide our clients through often complex and challenging cases, that we are able to realise our achievements.
“Next year looks to continue on this upward trajectory. We will maintain our work across the UK and launch in Scotland in Q1. We have exciting redevelopment plans for our own headquarters in Wirral, which will facilitate 70% more space and a leading edge office environment for our growing team which will also commence in Q1 of 2023
