Bridging Finance Solutions has appointed Nick Lockley as Underwriting Administrator, as the growing short term specialist lender expands for its 15th consecutive year.
Experienced financial professional, Nick, has a career that spans 30 years in banking, with the past decade spent in commercial real estate finance.
Nick will be based at the BFS head office in Wirral, working as part of the Underwriting team lead by Rachel Davies. He said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for me that will allow me to utilise existing skills whilst moving into a new area of the finance industry.
“I will be working closely with my team and supporting clients to help manage loan processing from start through to completion. BFS are a local firm with a strong national presence and have a fantastic reputation within the industry having carved a niche in a very specific part of the market.
“Bridging finance and property development finance are being utilised more and more and these two areas of the finance market are becoming synonymous with BFS. I look forward to helping the firm further establish their foothold and continue to deliver a first class underwriting service alongside my colleagues.”
