The team, and professional partners of Bridging Finance Solutions came together to take part in the firm’s annual away day for 2024.
This year’s event was held at Thornton Hall Hotel in Wirral, kicking off at 8.30am with a packed agenda. The day presents an opportunity to review the year preceding and outline plans for the year ahead. Presentations were prepared by heads of department, alongside fellow professionals with whom BFS partner and collaborate with.
Steve Barber, Managing Director at BFS commented: “The away day has grown to become an important date in the BFS calendar. It provides an opportunity for us all to come together in a more relaxed environment and gain a clear insight into the challenges and successes of each department. Teamwork is crucial in our industry so a shared understanding of each of our roles is incredibly important.”
The full day event concluded with dinner and an overnight stay for those travelling.
Steve added: “As we grow, the number of delegates attending obviously increases and this year’s event, our largest ever, was a definite reflection on our continued expansion and growth. It’s important that we retain this cohesive and united approach moving forward as our journey continues!”
