Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) celebrate 10 years in business.
The firm was launched in 2006 by Managing Director, Steve Barber, and has grown to become one of the North West’s leading bridging firms.
During this time the firm has built a solid reputation, enjoying high levels of repeat business and offering a transparent and incredibly flexible service. The firm is also one of only three bridging companies in the North West to gain FCA accreditation.
BFS now operates a team of 10 including underwriting, business development, marketing and financial control professionals. BFS continues to introduce new packages to its growing customer base, investing heavily in internal software and technology to ensure the firm can operate as effectively at a growing rate.

We have been through and out of the recession and grown stronger for it, growing steadily year on year and ensuring we can provide finance that is relevant for the market at that time.
