Bridging Finance Solutions has recruited two new BDM’s with Anthony Griffiths managing Wales and the South West, and Adam Wolstenholme overseeing Yorkshire, North East and East Midlands.
Both roles support BFS’s wider growth strategy, strengthening its presence across the UK.
Former Broker, Anthony, is based in Cardiff and, at 30, brings almost 10 years broker background and financial experience to the new position.
He explained: “For almost a decade I have worked for brokers and packagers, helping mortgage brokers and financial intermediaries with all areas of specialist finance, including mortgages, second charges, bridging, development and commercial finance. I am passionate about building lasting relationships with my introducers and other financial intermediaries. I feel able to empathise with the broker position unlocking challenges through our services and products.
Based in Macclesfield and aged 30, Adam considers himself a highly organised individual whose key skills are building and growing new relationships. He said: “This is a really strong career move that will see me focus solely on short term lending and development finance, which are undoubtedly huge growth areas within our industry.
“My over-arching goal is to strengthen brand awareness of BFS and the products and services we offer, whilst bringing new brokers onboard and forging strong relationships, based, most importantly, on trust.
“I’m really looking forward to getting out and meeting brokers and to be able to discuss our fantastic lending proposition. Long term, I want to significantly increase the amount of work we have within my area, introducing new networks and packagers.”
Steve Barber, Managing Director of BFS said: “Anthony and Adam are the perfect fit for both roles. The team is growing within all areas of the business and it’s crucial we get the right BDM’s in place which will help us fulfil our ambitious and exciting future growth plans.”
