The growth and expansion of the team at Bridging Finance Solutions continues as the firm announces the appointment of Nicola Vaughan as Underwriter.
Nicola will form part of the Underwriting team led by Rachel Davies and will work predominately in the residential arm of the business. Having worked in senior positions in the finance and bridging industries, Nicola brings more than 20 years’ experience to the role.
Nicola will work closely with the Business Development team, supporting them as they secure and progress deals, managing the underwriting process through to completion.
Nicola commented: “This is the perfect career move for me. Having spent some time away from the bridging industry, I really did miss the fast pace and diverse nature of this type of finance. Bridging Finance Solutions is an incredibly exciting and dynamic business that is making waves across the industry.

Rachel Davies, Head of Underwriting at Bridging Finance Solutions added: “Nicola is very experienced and is a perfect fit to support our growing business. She will initially manage the residential deals, however, the focus will shift towards Development Finance in the future.”
