Ask for Copies of Your Data
You have the right to ask for copies of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as your right of access, or a subject access request (SAR).
To help us respond fully and promptly, we have a short form you can complete and return to us. Using the form is not compulsory, but it helps us understand exactly what you are looking for and confirm your identity.
You can complete the form on screen and email it back to us, or print it and post it. Please send your completed form, along with any proof of identity or authority we may need, to:

We will normally respond within one calendar month of receiving your request. If we need longer, or if a request is complex, we will let you know.
