Bridging Finance Solutions will continue to support Wallasey Egremont Primary School’s foodbank throughout 2021.
Following a Christmas visit to the school which saw the team welcomed by Head, Mel Eastwood, BFS are keen to continue to work with teachers, supporting the incredibly important work carried out.
Wallasey Egremont Primary school operates a foodbank which helps feed up to 60 school families.
Jeanette Gwatkin of Bridging Finance Solutions explained: “Our visit to the school at Christmas had a huge impact on us all. It’s startling to know that children within our community are going hungry and parents simply don’t have the resources to provide basic essentials including food.
“Throughout 2021, our aim is to keep in touch with representatives at the school, and are committed to supporting them in the year ahead exploring different ways through which we can help make a small difference.”
