Merseyside based Bridging Finance Solutions has been named a finalist in the Bridging Lender of the Year category of the national Specialist Finance Introducer Awards 2018.
BFS is one of only two firms to make the grade in the North of the country within the category.
Led by the team behind Mortgage Introducer, the UK’s major players in the specialist lending sector will gather on the 29th June, at the stunning rooftop destination of Madison in St Paul’s to recognise, reward and celebrate the best and brightest of the UK Specialist Finance sector; individuals and businesses who are pushing boundaries, breaking down barriers and resetting the dial with innovation and professionalism.
Initial nominations were made independently with the shortlist gathered via votes from the general public.
Steve Barber, Managing Director of Bridging Finance Solutions commented: “This is a huge coup for us. Although we are an established business within the bridging sector, we do have our own niche with a focus on the North, offering finance generally within the sub £2million bracket, therefore we can often be overshadowed by some of the industries bigger players.
“What this shows us is that the wider industry is changing and biggest isn’t necessarily best! Our entire team have worked hard to deliver solutions to our clients and partners and today we are regarded as a highly professional lender that offers personal service and bespoke products, supported by in-house expertise.

Five nominees with the most votes per category have been shortlisted in each category and a judging panel of experts from across the industry will ultimately decide the winners.
