Bridging Finance Solutions has taken part in its first industry exhibition of 2022, marking a huge welcome back to tradeshows and networking.
MBE North, Mortgage Business Expo’s event in the North West, was held recently in Manchester Central and saw representatives from across the industry attend and participate.
A team from BFS’s head office in Wirral headed to Manchester for the day to explore opportunities and discuss their key short term lending products, namely bridging and development finance to a sub £2million market.
Steve Barber, Managing Director at BFS, said: “It’s refreshing to be out and about again, mixing with peers, old and new, and delivering the vital key messages associated with our business in terms of what we offer and how we work.
Specialist property finance trade body, FIBA, also held its annual conference as part of MBE North, which proved to be a good opportunity for the short term lending market.
Steve added: “The property market, as we know, is incredibly buoyant, and we are seeing a real upsurge in interest in development finance. As one of only a handful of lenders that focus on this area of the market and is FCA accredited, it was good to raise awareness of this specific form of lending to the many brokers who took part in the day.”
