Work has begun on the £2million redevelopment of Bridging Finance Solutions head office in Wallasey Wirral as the team continues to expand with two new Business Development Managers.
The short term lender will retain its original site, having purchased, demolished and now developing adjacent properties whilst reconfiguring existing buildings. BFS now employs a team of 27 with plans to take on an additional 15 staff in the coming two to three years, including five apprentices.
Marc Simmons and Jon Durie are the latest to join the team. Jon brings extensive experience to his new role, a former bridging finance lender with over 20 year’s experience in the real estate sector, whilst Marc also owns a strong background in finance.
